For the past 67 years, the Bucyrus Kiwanis Club has proudly held our annual Chicken BBQ event every June at the Crawford County Fairgrounds. Last year, over 1,500 meals were served.
Wednesday, June 17, 2026, marks our 68th Annual Chicken BBQ, and we would appreciate your help in making it another great success. We are asking for a monetary donation to the club to help offset the cost of supplies. Sponsorship opportunities are the following:
$100= QUARTER CHICKEN
sponsorship includes bold listing on tickets and Facebook mentions and tags.
$250= HALF CHICKEN
sponsorship includes radio mentions (“The Kiwanis Chicken BBQ is sponsored, in part, by Your Business”), logo on tickets, listing on posters, Facebook mentions and tags, and placement in sponsor flyer given with meals.
$500= WHOLE CHICKEN
Sponsorship (limited to first six to respond) all half chicken listings and premier placement on sponsor flyer.
The money Kiwanis raises from our Chicken BBQ goes directly back into the community through its varied projects.

Thanks to the support of our community, past efforts like raffles, BBQs, and special events have helped fund meaningful projects, including park improvements and community resources. Planning is already underway for upcoming fundraisers, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
